A-COLD-WALL* offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in original condition with all technical tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and archive sales may be subject to final sale terms.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all designer garment tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Dispatch & Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point; once inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
